Description:
This project will bullhog approximately 753 acres of encroaching phase I and II pinyon-juniper (PJ) trees. The purpose of the project will be to remove encroaching PJ from sage-brush habitats that are crucial for wintering deer and elk, and is partially within the State's Carbon sage-grouse management area.
Location:
The project is located approximately 4 miles southwest of Price, UT at T12S R16E, T13S R15E, and T13S R16E. It is located within the rangeland WRI focus area. (See Map)
