Description:
GIP is partnering with the BLM to install new livestock water pipelines around the Vernon area in Tooele County. BLM has the funds to do the Archeology clearance but not the man power. We are requesting help from WRI to get these clearances done.

| The BLM money for this project came to DWR on the last amendment to the BLM agreement. I have entered that on the Finance page. Will you guys finish the proposal and submit it so I can make it a current project? Thanks. | |||

| Please fill out the Completion Form ASAP. Completion reports were due August 31st. I have entered the expenses in the Through WRI/DWR column on the finance page. Please do not make any changes to numbers in the Through WRI/DWR column. Any "Through Other" or "In-kind" expenses will need to be entered by the PM or contributors. Be sure to click on the finalize button on the completion report when you have your completion report ready to be reviewed by WRI Admin. | Jerry - Thanks for taking care of this completion report. I need you to make a change to the map feature. Where this was just arch clearance and the actual pipeline was not installed with this phase will you upload a polygon as an affected area and remove the pipeline feature? My suggestion would be to just take the line feature in arcmap and create a polygon using a buffer around the line and then upload that feature. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. | |||

Final Methods:
A 30 meter corridor was surveyed along the whole length of the proposed 32 miles of pipeline and 1/4 of an acre was surveyed at each of the trough sites.
Project Narrative:
A cultural survey along 32 miles of proposed pipeline was completed for the Two Springs/Hell Hole, East Faust and Toplift/Veron pipeline projects. No eligible sites were identified in the survey.
Future Management:
The pipelines will be installed within the constraints of the cultural survey.
