Hey Guys! Is this project going to happen this fiscal year? If so make sure that a project approval coversheet is filled out and signed by NWTF, Eric, Justin and the DO's office before you move ahead with using conservation permit funds. If you need more info on this let me know and I will send you the form and the instructions. If your plans have changed let me know so I can move it to cancelled for the time being. Thanks.

Please enter the missing expenses, highlighted in rust, on the Finance Page. With this being a project where NWTF purchased the guzzler directly please work with them to get a copy of the receipt or cleared check that shows the amount that they paid and upload a copy to the images and documents tab. When you have completed that, please go back to the Completion Form and finalize your report again so I know that it has been completed. Thanks.

Mark - Thanks for the additional info on the program number to remind me that they actually didn't do direct pay. I fixed it on the finance page to show that those funds went through WRI/DWR and not other. Sorry to make you add an invoice that wasn't needed. I moved the project to completed.
