Final Methods
During the spring of 2016 TNC and UDWR began the first phase of a project designed to entrain razorback sucker larvae, an endangered fish species endemic to the Colorado River Basin. UDWR received a grant for $35,000 from UPCD/WRI in June of 2016. These funds were transferred to TNC, through a cooperative agreement, to provide match for other grant funds allocated for this project - specifically the funds were used to pay for contracting services for Jones & DeMille Engineering firm. The contractor developed a design plan for the entrainment project. Their work was completed in March 2017 and they have been paid in full for deliverable as detailed in the contract. A story map was created and can be located at: https://jonesanddemille.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=a35a8b4e6780417eb5b209cc34f0c1ee
