    While West Haven is not showing in the Finance Section as making any in-kind contributions, it should be noted they are building a pond with a budget of up to $2 million and are just seeking funding for one dock to assist with the overall cost. They have also sought and secured funding for one additional dock via a Weber County RAMP Grant
